Committed to
Human Dignity

Manu Yadav is the elected Gram Pradhan of Fauladpur Panchayat in Amroha district, Uttar Pradesh. Widely known as The Bull-Mill Pradhan, she revived traditional bull-driven stone mills to preserve grain nutrition and promote sustainable rural livelihoods. Her leadership model integrates health, education, environment, and economic self-reliance — striking a unique balance between traditional knowledge and modern governance. From plastic-free campaigns and community recycling centres to free marriage halls and primary health sub-centres, her initiatives stand as a replicable model for inclusive, self-reliant village governance across rural India.

What People Say

"

Fauladpur under Manu Yadav's leadership offers a compelling case study in what grassroots governance can achieve when a leader prioritises community outcomes over political optics. Her work deserves far wider recognition than it has received so far.

Manu Yadav's governance model is both innovative and replicable. The RRC Recycling Centre and the Bull Mill initiative have attracted attention from other Gram Panchayats in the district who are now adapting these ideas for their own villages.

The establishment of the Health Sub-Centre in Fauladpur is a significant achievement in this block. Manu Yadav personally followed up with our department for over a year to make it happen. The impact on maternal and child health in the village has been clearly measurable.

"

Manu Didi did not just give us work — she gave us a way to work for ourselves. I stitch bags from old clothes, I sell them, and I keep the earnings. My children go to school and I no longer depend on anyone else for household expenses.

The Bull-Mill initiative that Manu Yadav introduced has changed how our entire village thinks about food and health. The flour is better, the nutrition is better, and the women running the mill are earning their own income. This is real, visible development.
